Valpolicella Superiore DOC Ripasso Castelnuovo del Garda, Veneto      $128 Intense ruby red in colour with notes of plum, blackberries and tobacco. A medium body and complex flavor with soft tannins gives this wine a great pairing range for a variety of dishes such as grilled meats, hearty pastas and other meat dishes.

Merlot Veneto IGT Nero Assolutamente Bosco del Gal     $178 A fantastic Merlot from the Morainic hills of the Venetian shores of lake garda. Intense garnet red in colour and an intense bouquet with elegant notes of red fruit in alcohol, leather and cocoa imparting on the palette, a full velvety and harmonious taste. Pairs well with roast, grilled, pan-fried or stewed meats.

Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG, Ca’ Vergar Veneto     $215 Another great wine from the Veneto region. Consisting of the classic Amarone grapes. Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara. Grapes are harvested and dried for three months after which vinification takes place in thermo controlled steel tanks for 25 days.
The wine is aged for 12 months in barrels. Intense ruby red in color with garnet hues and aromas of fruits in alcohol, spices, black pepper, bitter cocoa and balsamic notes on the nose. The sip is warm and powerful, with a long balsamic finish. Pairs well with our beef cheeks and grilled meat dishes.

Darione Primitivo Puglia     $148 Full bodied and high in alcohol with medium levels of tannins and acidity. Its flavors are pronounced, and are often reminiscent of very ripe dark berries like blueberry and blackberry as well as liquorice and black pepper.
