We import Italian products from Italy such as the various types of cheeses, olive oils, cold cuts and grow a few herbs that we use daily and ensure the freshest local ingredients. "I am from Lecco in Northern Italy. Where I studied for 3 years at the San Pellegrino Cooking School to become a professional Italian Chef.
I have worked around Italy for 20 years learning the different regional cuisines of Italy. I have a vast knowledge of Italian cuisines and worked in various Italian restaurants in Switzerland, Thailand and Singapore before landing in Fiji in 2017 where I was in-charge of the Shangri-la's Golden Cowrie Coastal Italian restaurant" - Bruno.
